BandsOC was created by musicians for musicians living and playing in and around the Orange County, California area. When the site is complete, local bands and the fans that adore them can have a place to hook up and connect via serveral mediums.

This will include a bands and fans chat room, message board/forum, daily posting band blog, classifieds for seeking band mates or buying/selling musical and recording related equipment, and a real time gig update page.

As time marches on, we hope to have bios and reviews of every happening OC group or artist. If newly formed bands don't yet have a webpage, we will also offer an eight page sub site for promotion and networking. Here's a typical Example of an Artist OC bands website.

These type of sites will be small ad supported or ad free with a one time nominal set up charge. Bandsoc is a non-profit, and always will be. We only have small ads to help with bandwidth. If you have any comments or suggestions we'd love to hear from you!
